Overview
Are you energetic, outgoing, and looking for a high-paying entry-level opportunity? We’re hiring Entry Level Canvassers to join our roofing team! This role is perfect for high school graduates and college students who want flexible hours, great pay, and hands-on experience.
As a canvasser, you’ll train in-office for a couple of hours, then head out in a company van with a Field Manager to knock doors, talk with homeowners, and set up free roof inspections for our storm damage specialists. Your job is simple: create opportunities. Our sales reps handle the inspections and close the deal — you earn commission when they make the sale.
This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy being active, talking to people, and working outdoors.
Duties
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about storm damage and free roof inspections
- Set appointments for our storm sales reps to conduct roof checks and provide estimates
- Attend brief daily training sessions before going out into the field
- Travel in a company van with a Field Manager who provides support, coaching, and guidance
- Work outdoors from early afternoon until sunset, Monday–Friday
- Track homeowner interactions and appointment details
- Represent the company professionally and confidently

- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking with homeowners at the door
- High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for several hours
- Reliable transportation to get to the office for daily training
- Coachable and open to feedback
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Start: Noon–1 PM (after short in-office training)
- End: At sunset
- Great for students or anyone looking for afternoon/evening work
Compensation
- Base pay commission
- Earn additional commission on sales closed by our storm sales reps from the appointments you set
- Performance bonuses available
