Job Overview
Absolute Recruitment Services, LLC has an exciting Lead Dentist opportunity in Wilmington, NC. The practice is oriented towards removable prosthetics and related services, extractions and implant services. There is a fully staffed on-site removable lab and a CBCT Imaging System. The practice is located in a beautiful free-standing building in a high traffic area.
- $1,000 a day guarantee and quarterly bonuses equal to 20% of collections (Note that the average ticket is much higher than in a traditional general dentistry practice.
- Annual profit-sharing bonus of 30% of practice net income.
- Your dental license, DEA, and malpractice insurance are paid for by the practice.
- Monday through Thursday work schedule with no nights or weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide bite registrations, impressions, denture adjustments and other related services including deliveries.
- Provide simple and surgical extractions including full mouth extractions.
- If implant trained, provide over-denture implant services.
- Provide excellent chairside manner to patients and leadership of the dental staff team.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
- Good extraction skills required, implant trained is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience working with denture patients.
