Leadership & Team Support
- Lead Team Players during shifts when the AM or GM is not present, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the AM and GM by reinforcing expectations, delegating tasks, and modeling excellent service and professionalism.
- Provide on-shift coaching to team members to improve performance, product knowledge, and operational execution.
- Assist with training new Team Players to ensure competency in service standards, safety, and club procedures.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that aligns with Absolute Recomp’s Core Values.
Retail Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary retail lead during shifts, ensuring merchandising accuracy, product presentation, and cleanliness.
- Coach Team Players on retail sales expectations, product knowledge, and supplement flows.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by communicating low stock or discrepancies to the AM or GM.
- Uphold retail standards that reflect the Absolute Recomp brand.
Member Experience
- Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for all members and guests.
- Support Team Players in providing consistent, positive engagement at the front desk and retail areas.
- Address basic member questions or concerns and escalate complex issues to the AM or GM.
- Promote member satisfaction by ensuring service and cleanliness exceed expectations.
Operations & Performance Execution
- Execute daily club operations, including task lists, cleanliness standards, and service expectations.
- Conduct walk-throughs of the club to identify areas needing attention and assign tasks accordingly.
- Maintain operational accuracy, including checklists, shift responsibilities, and adherence to policies.
- Support the AM and GM in monitoring KPIs and providing feedback on shift performance.
- Ensure all Team Players follow safety, cleaning, and service procedures throughout the shift.
Facilities & Maintenance Support
- Assist with reporting maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, and equipment concerns during shifts.
- Provide timely communication to leadership regarding urgent facility or service issues.
- Support the team in keeping all areas of the club clean, functional, and member ready.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of shift needs and adjust tasks to support high service levels.
- Uphold all company policies and guidelines consistently.
- Communicate shift updates, concerns, or incidents to the AM and GM promptly.
- Assist with community engagement or club events when scheduled.
