Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day workflow of marketing projects and campaigns
- Coordinate deliverables between internal teams and external vendors
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches
- Ensure all marketing assets meet deadlines and brand quality standards
- Prepare status reports, meeting presentations and summaries, and project documentation
- Identify and set up an appropriate project management system if required to support project planning and tracking
- Help identify process improvements to make marketing operations more efficient
- Conduct light research on marketing trends, competitors, and performance metrics as needed

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing project management or collaboration tools
- A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Interest in marketing operations, campaign planning, or digital marketing
