Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee gym operations to ensure club runs smoothly and efficiently
• Drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement,

• Recruit, train, and manage staF, ensuring alignment with Company’s core values
  
  
  

and commitment to providing a best-in-class experience.

• Maintain and upload all compliance standards, procedures, and policies to
  
  
  

optimize gym efficiency and profitability.

• Maintain gym cleanliness and organization, ensuring all equipment is in optimal
  
  
  

condition and facilities meet high hygiene standards.

• Monitor and manage financials, including membership sales, retention, and overall
  
  
  

revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience (3 years) in fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Sales and customer service expertise, with the ability to drive membership and
  
  
  

retail growth and foster long-term member retention.

• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals
• Demonstrated integrity in decision-making, team management, and member

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
