Security Office - Indio CA

Join a team committed to safety, professionalism, and service excellence. We are currently seeking reliable and observant Unarmed Security Officers to help protect property, maintain order, and ensure a secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to identify and respond to safety or security risks
• Monitor CCTV systems as required to enhance site surveillance
• De-escalate incidents involving clients or the public with professionalism
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized access and suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to reported incidents and emergencies
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and observations
• Document and verify all visitors to the property
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site personnel
• Accurately report and document all incidents in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned to support site safety and operations

? Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• CPR
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service preferred
• Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation
• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
