Armed Security Officer (Must Have Clean Driving Record)Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. PPO 16302) that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team. Armed Security Officers Responsibility:· Armed Patrol an area for any safety or security risks· Armed Officers carry lethal to less lethal equipment for de-escalation and defensive purposes· Serve a deterrent to prevent unauthorized access to the area and the items within· Respond to reported incidents as necessary· Maintain a log of any activities· Document any visitors to the property· Coordinate with law enforcement as necessary· ·Maintain client relationships· Properly documented incidents· Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:· Our Armed Rover Security Officers must have a firearms permit, and guard card issued by the BSIS; additional certifications are highly valued?, such as a baton permit, pepper spray permit, and CPR certification.· Must own a firearm, and have DROS in your name only· This role requires working swing and graveyard shifts, so flexibility is a plus.· Our Armed Rover Security Officers are expected to accept all post assigned within a designated region· Driving post require a clean CA DMV driving record and candidates must pass the driving compliance.AIS is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
