We’re looking for an energetic, dependable team player to join our front desk team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll be the first and last person patients interact with so your energy and professionalism set the tone for their experience.
This is a patient-facing position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly throughout the day.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments
- Collect payments and assist with basic financial discussions
- Answer phones, return messages, and maintain professional communication
- Handle paperwork, scan insurance and ID cards, update patient records
- Keep the front desk area organized and running efficiently
- Support the rest of the team in delivering an excellent patient experience
- Support back office when needed.

Physical Requirements:
