Key Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting)
- Respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns promptly
- Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
- Maintain brand standards and safety compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and document work performed
