This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will manage the loan origination process, guide clients through mortgage options, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, assisting clients with tailored financial solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships for a seamless lending experience. Collaboration with underwriting and other departments may also be required to deliver comprehensive support throughout the loan process.
- Demonstrated skills in Loan Origination and experience as a Loan Officer
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting principles
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with loan processing tools and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting
- A valid NMLS license is preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a strong plus
