YOUR DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER - LOGISTICS MANAGER
As our Experienced Dispatcher - Logistics Manager, your day begins with confirming appointments for the next day and ensuring each technician is matched to the right call based on their skill set. You'll strategically plan the board while staying ready to pivot - reshuffling schedules in real time based on shifting priorities, call complexities, and team availability. Throughout the day, you'll keep technicians on track by closing out calls, following a detailed checklist, and confirming their next appointment before arrival. Every moment is a chance to think ahead, make smart moves, and keep the operation running smoothly. You're the one pulling the strings behind the scenes, and your sharp thinking and adaptability will keep our field team efficient and our customers satisfied.
YOUR SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time dispatch position, Monday through Friday, working between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available. The position is based in McKeesport, PA, with in-office, remote, or hybrid options.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (AKA: YOU?)
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 3 years of dispatching experience
- Proficiency with CRM or dispatching software, ServiceTitan preferred
- Home services dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (open to other industry knowledge!)
Bonus points:
- Strong inbound and outbound call center experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and highly efficient with both hardware and software
- Thrives under pressure, solves problems creatively, and stays cool in the chaos
- Loves working the dispatch board like a living puzzle – and predicting what's coming next
