Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience
- Assist chiropractors during exams and treatments
- Conduct patient assessments and record vital signs accurately
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises, stretches, and therapies
- Administer adjunctive therapies under the chiropractor’s supervision (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries and assist with billing or insurance questions as needed
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and learn key management processes over time
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, positive, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and learn new systems quickly
- Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology (or willingness to learn)
- Computer proficiency; experience with scheduling or EMR systems preferred
- Interest in leadership and long-term career growth within a healthcare setting
