- Must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
- Excellent communication skills as well as ability to make accurate assessments of residents’ needs and progress.
- Skills in documenting this information, as well as verbally presenting pertinent data to appropriate staff and other professionals.
- Effective public relations skills and willingness to work also with the resident’s families, the staff and the community.
