• $31 per hour base rate for LPNs
• $43 per hour base rate for RNs

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse license OR
• Valid Ohio RN– Registered Nurse license
• Must be 18 years or older
• Post-acute care experience
• Reliable transportation
