Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care, including assistance with hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility, and eating.
- Help patients adjust to their environment and daily routines.
- Maintain resident areas and workspaces in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
- Treat patients with kindness, respect, and compassion at all times.
- Monitor and report changes in the patients’ conditions to the nurse or supervisor.
- Participate in patient care planning and follow established care plans.
- Support infection control and safety standards to maintain a healthy environment.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Current Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and walk as required by daily duties.
- Must maintain good emotional health and demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism.
