$65,000 – $80,000 per year

- Manage rebuild & remodel projects from start to finish
- Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to high standards
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and estimators
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Perform site visits to ensure progress & safety
- Use Xactimate, DASH (Next Gear), Microsoft Teams & Outlook
- 5 years of rebuild/remodel construction experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong leadership with a team-first mindset
- Reliable, motivated, and results-driven
- Residential & commercial experience preferred
- Comfortable working with high-end clients
- Bilingual is a PLUS
- OSHA 10/30 is a PLUS
