Water Restoration Lead Technician

Join our high-energy restoration team as a Water Restoration Lead Technician and play a key role in helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold disasters.

What You’ll Do
- Lead restoration projects from start to finish with efficiency, accuracy, and pride.
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, and fire cleanup using professional equipment and industry-approved methods.
- Use hand tools and power tools confidently to remove damaged materials, set up equipment, and assist with repairs.
- Conduct detailed inspections to assess damage and create smart, effective restoration plans.
- Oversee and assist with cleaning processes including carpet cleaning, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation—always prioritizing safety and compliance.
- Keep thorough documentation of every phase of the project to ensure transparency and accuracy.
What You Bring
- Real experience in water damage restoration; fire or mold experience is a big plus. 3 YEARS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning tools, asbestos procedures, and basic construction practices.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely, professionally, and confidently.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes: extraction, drying technology, mold protocols, and fire damage cleanup.
- Natural leadership skills—you know how to guide a team, solve problems, and keep a job site moving safely.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- IICRC or similar certifications are preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
