Job description
This is a door-to-door B2B outside sales role selling recurring mobile fleet washing services to commercial customers.
You will be in the field every day visiting trucking companies, logistics yards, construction fleets, municipalities, and other businesses that operate commercial vehicles.
If you do not want to sell face-to-face or knock doors, this is not the job.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person B2B prospecting
- Visit fleet-based businesses and speak with decision-makers
- Average 8–12 in-person visits per day
- Complete 10 qualified sales calls per day
- Sell recurring service agreements
- Close new customer accounts
- Follow up professionally until deals close
- Track activity and deals in the company CRM
Pay & commission
- $500 per week guaranteed base pay (not a draw)
- $500 paid for every new customer account closed
- 8% commission on annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Commissions paid quarterly
- No cap on earnings
Top performers earn $150,000–$200,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with face-to-face B2B sales
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Professional and persistent
- Able to manage your own daily schedule
- Prior outside or door-to-door sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
