Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer multiple phone lines using multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and professional support.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records through proofreading, filing, and updating documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling.
• Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or in person, delivering excellent service with proper phone etiquette.
• Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting administrative projects efficiently.
• Conduct daily cleaning duties during shift.

Skills

• Computer literacy with proficiency in computers.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Previous office or clerical experience preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Experience with front desk operations, receptionist duties, or personal assistant roles is advantageous.
• Knowledge of data entry procedures, proofreading techniques, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and organization.

Pay: $10.50 - $11.50 per hour
