Content Coordinator

Role Description

We are hiring a Content Coordinator to capture and create high-impact content at trade shows, client installations, and inside our Las Vegas fabrication facility. This role is full-time, based in Las Vegas, NV, with about 40% domestic travel. The compensation range is 40,000 to 50,000 dollars annually, depending on experience.

It is ideal for someone who already creates content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube and feels confident with both video and photography. You will help tell the story of how our custom exhibits are designed, built, and brought to life on the show floor and behind the scenes.

What You Will Do

• You will capture short-form video and still photos at tradeshows, events, and installations.
• You will film behind-the-scenes content inside our fabrication shop.
• You will operate a Blackmagic camera for primary still/video shooting and a DJI Osmo for smooth, on-the-go capture, with a solid understanding of lenses and basic stabilization.
• You will edit videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, and other platforms, and you will edit still photos for clarity and social use.
• You will post content across our social channels following brand guidelines.
• You will build and maintain a library of footage, photos, and edited clips.
• You will support live posting and quick-turn content needs during show days.
• You will support events in Las Vegas and travel to additional locations throughout the United States as required.

Who You Bring

• You bring a high school diploma or equivalent with strong creator-level skills.
• You have experience creating content for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reels, and Shorts.
• You are comfortable operating cameras like a Blackmagic, know how to select the right lens, and can use simple stabilization tools when needed. You understand lighting, framing, and simple editing workflows.
• You can shoot clean still photos and perform light edits.
• You have video editing experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced, unpredictable environments and can adapt quickly to new settings.
• You have a self-starter mindset with strong organization and follow-through.
• You are willing to travel up to 40% of the year.
