Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midland, TX, for a Field Service Technician/Mechanic. The individual in this role will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment used in oil and gas operations. Additional duties include performing preventive maintenance, ensuring equipment readiness, and adhering to established safety protocols while interacting professionally with clients and team members at wellsite locations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
- Knowledge and experience in Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and address equipment issues effectively
- Ability to work hands-on with tools and machinery in field environments
- Strong commitment to safety standards and protocols
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or similar field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in physically demanding environments
