As our Service Manager, you will be the leader our field team looks to for direction, coaching, and support.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead Service & Install Technicians, focusing on performance, professionalism, and customer care
- Conduct 1-on-1 coaching, field ride-alongs, invoice reviews, and ongoing training
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new technicians
- Build and strengthen team culture through communication, accountability, and recognition
- Ensure technicians follow our Service Delivery System, including safety inspections, solution-based selling, maintenance plan offerings, and customer education
- Work closely with the Dispatcher to ensure the right technician is on the right job at the right time
- Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and revenue
- Review invoices, forms, photos, and job documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Oversee tool, equipment, and fleet maintenance -- coordinating with the Warehouse Coordinator
- Conduct periodic truck inspections, inventory checks, and materials process reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction systems are followed and improved
- Intervene proactively in situations with negative feedback
- Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, technicians, and leadership
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience in electrical residential service
- Strong technical understanding of diagnosing electrical issues and service procedures
- Proven experience coaching technicians and improving team performance
- Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
- Professional appearance, strong leadership presence, and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs
- Stand, walk, sit, and climb ladders as needed

Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000 annual salary (paid weekly)
