Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment breakdowns
- Discuss financial options and payment arrangements with patients
- Guide patients through case acceptance and next steps in care
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure follow-through on treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA
- Support daily patient flow and overall office operations
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment planning
- Proven ability to present treatment plans and drive case acceptance
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar practice management systems
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Recent experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator within the last 5 years required
- Previous experience in a dental office role such as Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar
- Confident and experienced in a Dental Treatment Coordinator role
- Patient-focused with a strong ability to build trust and rapport
- Results-driven with a focus on case acceptance and patient follow-through
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Flexibility to support varying schedules, including evenings or weekends based on office needs
- Openness to rotating between office locations in Las Vegas and Henderson when needed
