- 2–5 years of leadership experience (dental, medical, hospitality, or retail)
- Strong communication organizational skills
- Open availability on weekends as needed
- Clear background and drug screening

✅ Dentrix (or similar) software knowledge
✅ Insurance billing & A/R experience
✅ Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
