📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Dental Assistant, you will help support clinical operations while guiding and mentoring the dental assisting team.
🦷 Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
🦷 Help lead daily clinical flow and back-office operations
🦷 Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
🦷 Take and process dental X-rays
🦷 Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
🦷 Support and mentor dental assistants as needed
🦷 Maintain accurate patient records and charting
🦷 Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive experience for every patient
🦷 Help lead daily clinical flow and back-office operations
🦷 Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
🦷 Take and process dental X-rays
🦷 Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance
🦷 Support and mentor dental assistants as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Prior dental assisting experience required
✔️ Lead or leadership experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
✔️ Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
✔️ CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔️ Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus 🌟
✔️ Lead or leadership experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
