Marketing Manager
Full-time opportunity available for a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding dental laboratory media/marketing team in Durham NC. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in project management, Excel proficiency, and a passion for nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining workflow schedules, managing reports, and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing materials to both new and existing clients. This role will play a vital part in the growth and maintenance of client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workflow/project management schedules for the media/marketing team.
- Utilize Excel to generate and analyze reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Coordinate the distribution of "New Client Boxes" and marketing materials to new and existing clients.
- Assist in the growth and maintenance of client relationships through effective communication and interaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or media environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software for report generation and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Preferred Skills :
Previous experience in digital/graphic or social media marketing is a plus but not a requirement.
