We’re hiring couriers to deliver Amazon packages!
Seeking reliable, quick, ready to work Delivery Associates to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you will meet our truck drivers at a distribution point in Manhattan and walk packages from trucks to customers throughout your designated area.
Successful Delivery Associates put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. You will enjoy a safe, rewarding work environment with job stability & opportunity for incentives.

Successful candidates must:
- Be customer obsessed! We strive to deliver packages & smiles to our customers!
- Have the ability to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.), with reasonable accommodation
- Be at least 18 years old
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
