Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct assessments, deliver high-quality care, and educate patients and caregivers.
- Perform skilled procedures while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
- Home Health experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely transfer and maneuver patients in a home setting.
- OASIS knowledge is a plus.
