About the Role
As a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:
- Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, and function.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to assist in their recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any significant changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Encourage and motivate patients to meet their rehabilitation goals while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
