Front Desk Patient Concierge, Absolute Chiropractic (Sea Girt, NJ)
We are a family chiropractic office in Sea Girt, and our front desk sets the tone for everything. When families walk in, especially new ones, the first person they see matters more than most people realize. That is the role we are hiring for.
Part-time afternoons, 20-25 hours per week. Monday through Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.
What the job actually looks like
You are checking people in, answering phones, handling checkouts, and keeping afternoon patient flow on pace. It moves. On a busy afternoon you might be juggling a new family at the desk, a call on hold, and a question from the back. The people who do well here stay warm in those moments instead of getting frazzled.
We will teach you everything about how we run. What we cannot teach is how to make someone feel welcome.
Who fits here
You remember names. You notice when someone seems nervous and you know how to settle them down without making a thing of it. You are organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks, and easy enough to talk to that patients actually look forward to seeing you.
One honest requirement: you need to believe in what we do. Not because we will quiz you on it, but because patients can feel when someone is just doing a job versus actually invested. You do not need to be a chiropractic patient yourself. But you should care about the connection between how people live and how they feel. That has to be real.
About us
Absolute Chiropractic serves families, kids, and infants. We do neurologically-based chiropractic care focused on root causes, not symptom management. We have been doing this in Sea Girt for years and the practice is growing.
