Role Description This full-time, hybrid role - Pittsburgh, PA location, will support the distribution and growth of the Workplace Investment Navigator (WIN) platform by cultivating relationships with financial advisors, retirement plan specialists, and other intermediaries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and virtual meetings, explaining investment solutions and retirement plan strategies, and responding to product and pricing inquiries. The role involves partnering with external wholesalers, preparing sales materials and presentations, tracking pipeline activity in CRM systems, and following up on leads from marketing campaigns and events. The Internal Wholesaler will also monitor industry trends, provide feedback to leadership on market opportunities, and help ensure a high-quality experience for advisors and their clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
- Series 65 preferred or able to pass within 90 days
- An understanding of investment products and wealth management solutions.
- Multi-tasking capabilities a must.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to advisor support.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focus, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
