What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide/CNA/LPN/RN position at Absolute Best Staffing LLC?
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the client’s condition and report any changes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Personal Care
- Transportation
Requirements:
- Must have an active HHA/ CNA Certification /Nursing Licence
- At least 2 years experience as a home health aide or CNA
- Must have an active CPR card through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Recent Two-step TB/PPD test or an equivalent blood test within the last year
- Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and insurance
- Background check required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care provided
- Committed and reliable to work
- Must have an open availability
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- HHA/CNA certificate/Nursing License in Indiana (Required)
- CPR Card
