Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents on weekends, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Manage and coordinate resident care activities, ensuring that needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Demonstrate a commitment to person-centered care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each resident
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
May pass medications
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of New York
Ability to work every weekend 12 hour or 16 hour shifts
