About the Role:
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for promoting patient health by overseeing the day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with physicians and other medical practitioners to support patients and their family members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise unit employees and work closely with RNs to ensure the best possible functions of assigned units
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise the Nursing Services Department in conjunction with the Director of Nursing
