Speech/Language Pathologist

SHIFT: Part-Time

Rate: $38 - $46.34/hr. (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including nursing, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.
• Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers.
  
  

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current NYS license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
