Absolut Care of Alleghany is a 37-bed facility located in the rolling hills of beautiful Cattaraugus County, just 2 miles west of Olean in the quaint village of Allegany.

Seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Two days a week

SHIFT: 3 days a week $65,000 annual salary

Great opportunity for a newly licensed NHA, or an experienced administrator looking to reduce their hours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operates the facility in accordance with Federal, State and local rules and regulations governing residential health care facilities, and in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the Governing Body.
• Acts as a liaison with Governing Body, the medical staff, the nursing staff and other professional and supervisory staff, through regular meetings.
• Maintains operational oversight and ultimate responsibility for all departments including but not limited to; Nursing, Therapy, Laundry, Housekeeping, Dietary, Social Services, Activities, Business Office, Maintenance and Human Resources/payroll.
• Designates the Director of Nursing or Assistant Administrator to serve as Administrator in the absence of the Administrator.
