This role is responsible for managing day to day construction operations on complex commercial projects and ensuring work is completed safely, with quality, and on schedule.You will serve as the on-site leader coordinating field teams, trade partners, and project staff to keep work moving efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, and inspectors. The right person for this role brings strong field leadership, sound judgment, and pride in building projects the right way.What You'll DoLead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutSupervise, train, and mentor field staff, craft labor, and subcontractorsSet clear expectations around safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism on siteEnsure work is performed safely and in alignment with contract requirements and project plansPartner closely with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams to maintain strong communicationDevelop and manage CPM schedules, pull plans, and detailed look-ahead schedulesCoordinate inspections, testing, documentation, and daily reportingMonitor labor productivity and material usage to support project financial goalsIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to protect schedule, quality, and team performanceParticipate in preconstruction planning including constructability reviews and sequencing strategiesWhy You'll Be SuccessfulYou bring strong field experience and leadership presence.
