You may work alongside a Senior Superintendent or Project Executive depending on project size.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent with proven experience in wastewater treatment plant upgrades, heavy industrial piping, or complex process-driven mechanical systems. This role leads field operations, drives safety and quality, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures project milestones are met. You may work alongside a Senior Superintendent or Project Executive depending on project size.
What You Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance
- Oversee installation of process piping, mechanical systems, structural components, tanks, and equipment
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, craft workers, and specialty trades
- Plan and sequence work, maintain accurate daily reports, and drive schedule adherence
- Support RFIs, submittals, testing/commissioning, and turnover documentation
- Lead jobsite safety practices, hold daily huddles, and reinforce OSHA requirements
- Collaborate across project management, engineering, and field teams to resolve issues quickly
- 8 years of Superintendent experience on heavy civil, wastewater treatment, industrial piping, or mechanical-process projects
- Strong knowledge of process piping, plant operations, pumps, valves, controls, and treatment systems
- Ability to read plans, coordinate trades, and anticipate field challenges
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with owners, inspectors, subs, and in-house teams
- OSHA 30 preferred; treatment plant or industrial facility certifications a plus
