What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrative Coordinator position at Absaroka Pain & Rehab?
Front Desk Administrative Coordinator
Full-Time | Long-Term Career Opportunity
About Us
At Absaroka Pain & Rehab, we are passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Our multidisciplinary clinic brings chiropractic care, physical therapy, and massage therapy together under one roof to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented individual to join our front desk team in a full-time administrative role. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a job — someone who is excited to grow with a business long term, develop new skills, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right person is adaptable, coachable, eager to learn, and willing to step outside their comfort zone to support the needs of the team.
We value a positive attitude, strong communication, accountability, and a willingness to grow just as much as previous experience. We are happy to train the right person who brings the initiative and mindset we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional front desk experience.
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate professionally with patients and staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks, patient records, documentation, and general office organization.
- Coordinate schedules and communication between chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage therapy providers.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Support daily clinic operations and assist team members when needed.
- Learn and adapt to clinic systems, procedures, and new responsibilities as the business grows.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable privacy requirements.
- Take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
What We’re Looking For
- Team-oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively and understand that a successful clinic depends on everyone supporting one another.
- Compassionate: You genuinely care about helping people and want patients to feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
- Adaptable: You can shift priorities, manage competing tasks, and stay composed when things get busy.
- A fast learner: You are comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes.
- Coachable: You welcome feedback, ask questions, and view constructive guidance as an opportunity to improve.
- Growth-minded: You are interested in developing your administrative skills, taking on new responsibilities, and building a long-term career.
- Accountable: You are dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work.
- A strong communicator: You communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and coworkers.
Previous administrative, customer service, medical office, or front desk experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are most interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow.
Why Join Our Team?
- A full-time position with the opportunity to build a long-term career.
- The opportunity to grow your skills and expand your responsibilities over time.
- A collaborative healthcare environment with multiple disciplines working together.
- The chance to make a meaningful difference in patients’ experiences and care.
- An opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and become an integral part of a growing business.
- A supportive team that values communication, accountability, initiative, and professional development.
Who Will Thrive in This Role?
This position is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in being dependable, and wants to become an essential part of a team. We are looking for someone who sees opportunities to help rather than waiting to be asked, is willing to learn from others, and understands that growth comes from being open to feedback and new challenges.
We want someone who is excited to invest in our clinic, grow alongside our business, and develop into a trusted, capable member of our administrative team for years to come.
If you are looking for a long-term opportunity where your effort, attitude, and willingness to grow matter, we would love to hear from you!
