What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Attendant position at ABS?
We are seeking trustworthy, agile, self motivated, reliable, punctual person available to work in a home based kennel environment. You will be responsible for the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle general care tasks such as feeding, watering, and cleaning
- Engage in play activities and exercise with the animals
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Ability to kneel, bend and lift 50lbs
Qualifications:
- Availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion to help and care for animals
- Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threating manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in animal care or other related fields is a plus'
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
