Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will work with children with autism and their families to develop personalized treatment plans, providing behavior analysis and support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism
- Provide direct behavior analysis and support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Continuously evaluate and improve treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
