- $102,000-$104,400 /year guaranteed first year compensation
- Uncapped monthly bonus plan that allows for higher earning potential

- Work from home 1 day per week if center-based
- Four 10-hour day schedule option
- Most of our BCBAs end their day between 5-5:30pm
- 25 paid days off in year 1; 30 in year 2
