Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat and Enfocus PitStop
- Knowledge in Kodak Prinergy workflow or equivalent workflow
- Knowledge of printing terminology and practices
- Review and process files received from customer and alert PrePress Manager, CSR, Sales and/or Customer to potential issues
- Basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, instructions and procedures.
- Reliability and dependability with good attendance
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Knowledge of color management principles and correcting skills
- Perform quality checks in all stages of the PrePress process
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Must possess a high standard of personal integrity with ability to interact with all levels of the organization
