What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and business clients to assess fencing needs and provide on-site estimates
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans within assigned territories
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided self-generated through networking and outreach)
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain fencing options and solutions clearly
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Manage existing accounts, upsell additional services, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining profitability
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and drive new business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in fence industry, outside sales, B2B sales, or home improvement/construction sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage a territory and prioritize leads effectively
- Comfortable presenting products and explaining technical details
- Experience with CRM software(HubSpot or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
