We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within the region. Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise regional teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Manage business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and fostering client relationships.
- Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and operational improvements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue streams within the region.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all locations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and customer focus throughout the regional operations.
Qualifications
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise janitorial staff and supervisors/Area Managers, including performance management and addressing personnel issues.
Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
Operational Oversight: Conduct regular site visits, inspect work, and ensure compliance with cleaning standards, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, control costs, and track inventory.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve service quality, increase efficiency, and identify new business opportunities.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports on performance, financial results, and other key metrics, and communicate regularly with senior management.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
