We are hiring a Director of Sales to own our Houston market.
- $60,000 base salary
- Generous multilevel commission structure.
- On-target earnings of $85,000 to $95,000 in year one
- Written promotion path to VP of Sales and Marketing
This is a field role with a leadership future. You sell in person every week, build relationships through Houston BOMA, IFMA and IREM, and run the Houston pipeline. Hit the target for three straight quarters, hire and ramp one rep, and you move into the VP seat with a raise, a team override and ownership of the marketing budget.
What you will do
- Visit Houston businesses in person and collect 20-30 business cards each week
- Cultivate and nurture each opportunity
- Attend two association events per month on the company card
- Walk facilities, scope the work, submit bids and close
- Manage the Houston pipeline in Zoho CRM and report weekly
- Hand every signed account to operations within 14 days
Requirements
- 5 or more years of B2B outside sales with a closing record you can describe in numbers
- Experience mentoring or managing at least one rep
- Commercial cleaning, facilities services or related B2B background preferred
- An active Houston network
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation
