We are seeking an experienced professional to support our agency by providing personnel administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and training new employees. This role is crucial for the delivery and overall success of each setting by providing essential office support.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently, capable of taking initiative, and able to manage their workload with minimal supervision. A successful Hiring Manager must also possess a broad knowledge of developmental disabilities services and compliance with state monitoring requirements.

Job Duties
Support the overall operations of Group Homes to ensure compliance with Abrio standards and monitoring requirements.
Have full knowledge of current staffing needs in the programs.
Conduct new hire interviews.
Effectively onboarding new hires in a timely manner.
Conducting pre-employment background checks
Train company training curriculum when needed.
Maintain employee and client records and resident information accurately and confidentially.
Filling in shifts when necessary and providing direct care when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager,
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Possess an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable using technology
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to change
Team player
Dependable and Punctual
Good listening skills
Schedule:
Full-time, Salaried exempt position may include other administrative duties as assigned, schedule flexibility, and on-call rotation.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but may vary depending on need.
