CBT Therapist/Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or Psychologist)

Location: Garden City, NY | Hybrid: 3–4 days on-site · 1–2 remote

Compensation: $70,000-$96,250 per year Health-care stipend

At Abridged Psychology, we’re building a CBT-based community where confident clinicians create confident clients.

We’re seeking a CBT Therapist (Psychologist or LCSW) and Clinical Supervisor excited to blend direct client care with leadership and mentorship.

You’ll provide evidence-based therapy while supervising and developing early-career clinicians in a supportive, outcomes-driven environment.

• Provide CBT therapy for children, teens, and adults
• Supervise and mentor limited-permit and early-career clinicians
• Guide case formulation, exposures, and parent-involved interventions
• Collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuing education
• Use AI-assisted note-taking and symptom tracking tools to streamline care

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D./Psy.D.) or LCSW in New York State
• 3 years post-licensure experience providing CBT or evidence-based therapy
• Confident in supervision, collaboration, and feedback delivery
• Excited to lead within a growth-oriented, team-based practice
