Records & Recovery Representative
As our Records & Recovery Representative, you will assist members with:
- Collections
- Loan Servicing
- Transactions
- Questions on loans
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loan servicing and collections
- Back up Records and Recovery Specialist
- Monitor all collection by 3rd party
- Assists insurance companies with total loss
- Track vehicle titles
- Works negative share and checking queue

Hours:
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, 8:30am-6:00pm
Saturday; 8:45am-1:15pm
Usually works 40 hours a week which includes a day off during the week during some weeks.
