Abrazo West Campus is seeking an experienced Night Shift Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. This is an opportunity to make a significant clinical impact while enjoying premium night shift compensation, weekend differentials, and the autonomy that comes with overnight practice.

As the overnight clinical pharmacy expert, you'll collaborate with physicians, nurses, intensivists, emergency medicine providers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes across critical care and acute care settings.

Practice at the Top of Your License

• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to patients in a variety of settings including the emergency department, critical care, telemetry, labor & delivery, and trauma
• Influence complex medication decisions

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will:

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy and clinical outcomes.
• Provide pharmacokinetic monitoring and medication management expertise.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
• Develop evidence-based practices, protocols, and order sets.
• Conduct medication use evaluations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate physicians, nurses, and pharmacy team members on clinical pharmacy initiatives.
• Support Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee activities and medication stewardship efforts.
• Mentor and precept pharmacy students and support pharmacist development.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Current Arizona Pharmacist License
• BLS Certification
• Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Pharmacy Residency Training
• BCPS Certification
• ACLS Certification
